Throughout his career, he has supported the delivery of a wide range of HR consulting projects for clients across both the public and private sectors, providing practical solutions that enhance organisational effectiveness and people management.

He was an integral member of HR Focus Africa, where he contributed significantly to the planning and execution of HR events and awards in Ghana, while also supporting the delivery of HR consulting engagements for organisations across various industries.
