Lawrence Cobbinah is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience in HR management, organisational development, and strategic leadership. Throughout his career, he has successfully led HR functions within large and complex organisations, bringing deep expertise in aligning people strategies with organisational objectives.

He served as the Western Regional Human Resources Manager and Central Regional Human Resources Manager in the energy sector in Ghana. During this time, he provided strategic HR leadership across two of the organisation's key operational regions, driving workforce effectiveness, organisational performance, and people-focused initiatives.

As Managing Director of DayStart Executive Solutions, Lawrence sets the firm's strategic direction and drives its vision, mission, and growth. He provides oversight leadership on HR advisory and organisational development engagements, partnering with organisations to design practical, sustainable, and business-aligned people solutions.
