Lawrence Cobbinah

Lawrence Cobbinah is a seasoned Human Resource professional with over 15 years of experience in human resource management, organisational development, and strategic leadership. Throughout his career, he has successfully led HR functions within large and complex organisations, bringing deep expertise in aligning people strategies with organisational objectives.

He served as the Western Regional Human Resource Director and Central Regional Human Resource Director at the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG), holding these leadership positions for a combined period of approximately ten years. During this time, he provided strategic HR leadership across two of the organisation's key operational regions, driving workforce effectiveness, organisational performance, and people-focused initiatives.

As the Managing Director of DayStart Executive Solutions, Lawrence provides the strategic direction for the firm, steering its vision, mission, and business growth. He serves as the lead consultant on HR advisory and organisational development engagements, partnering with organisations to design practical, sustainable, and business-aligned people solutions.
